The Christmas Wedding Guest is the perfect beginning to a new series。 The characters are so realistic and lovable。 They have such a wonderful relationship with one another， as siblings and with friends， even the dogs have their own storyline。 I laughed and cried and didn’t want to put it down。 The best part of the story is the town itself。 Wishing Tree is a town like no other。 Anyone who loves Christmas will love the businesses， the “town square” and the wonderful traditions that make up Wishing The Christmas Wedding Guest is the perfect beginning to a new series。 The characters are so realistic and lovable。 They have such a wonderful relationship with one another， as siblings and with friends， even the dogs have their own storyline。 I laughed and cried and didn’t want to put it down。 The best part of the story is the town itself。 Wishing Tree is a town like no other。 Anyone who loves Christmas will love the businesses， the “town square” and the wonderful traditions that make up Wishing Tree。 Susan Mallery does such a wonderful job creating these fictitious little towns that she makes you want to move there yourself！ I am anxiously waiting for the next installment！ 。。。more

A wonderful start to a new series， it's set in the fictional town of Wishing Tree， where they celebrate Christmas all year。 Who wouldn't want to live there。 The Somerville sisters are busy planning their parents wedding， renewal vows during this holiday season。 They both believe in love but are having a hard time on finding their HEA。 Dena and Reggie are what all sisters should be， they are always there for each other。 Loved the closeness that they share and they will do anything for each other。 A wonderful start to a new series， it's set in the fictional town of Wishing Tree， where they celebrate Christmas all year。 Who wouldn't want to live there。 The Somerville sisters are busy planning their parents wedding， renewal vows during this holiday season。 They both believe in love but are having a hard time on finding their HEA。 Dena and Reggie are what all sisters should be， they are always there for each other。 Loved the closeness that they share and they will do anything for each other。For all of the dog lovers， Belle the great dane will steal your hearts。 Love all her outfits and such a big part of the family。 Loved all the traditions and celebrations that Wishing Tree does for the holiday season。 So many new friends， I cant wait to visit again。 I highly recommend this heart warming Christmas tale with two romances。 。。。more

I really loved the 2 romances that happened in this story。 I really liked Dena and Reggie – two very strong sisters， best friends and want to fall in love and be loved。 One sister doesn’t seem to find the ‘one’ and the other is healing from a break-up。 The male characters Susan brings in are great。 I really enjoyed their stories and how they have come to be in Wishing Tree。 Thanksgiving， snow and the town’s activities getting ready for Christmas made me feel warm and comfy。 Being a dog lover， I I really loved the 2 romances that happened in this story。 I really liked Dena and Reggie – two very strong sisters， best friends and want to fall in love and be loved。 One sister doesn’t seem to find the ‘one’ and the other is healing from a break-up。 The male characters Susan brings in are great。 I really enjoyed their stories and how they have come to be in Wishing Tree。 Thanksgiving， snow and the town’s activities getting ready for Christmas made me feel warm and comfy。 Being a dog lover， I absolutely loved Belle and Burt！ The animals were an unexpected highlight in the story！ Susan always writes books with happy endings。 and especially ant Christmas， and you won’t be disappointed！ 。。。more

I usually have a hard time reading “Holiday” books anymore。 Life experiences over the last handful of years had just left me too jaded I think。 I was prepared to just read the book and get through it。 I was not prepared to love it。 This new series is set in such a fun little town。 I would visit tomorrow if it was real。 HAHA The characters are always so real that you feel like you could walk next door and ask to borrow some sugar。 The love stories for these sisters had their own bits of drama but I usually have a hard time reading “Holiday” books anymore。 Life experiences over the last handful of years had just left me too jaded I think。 I was prepared to just read the book and get through it。 I was not prepared to love it。 This new series is set in such a fun little town。 I would visit tomorrow if it was real。 HAHA The characters are always so real that you feel like you could walk next door and ask to borrow some sugar。 The love stories for these sisters had their own bits of drama but nothing felt too drawn out and ridiculous。 I definitely can’t wait for the next story and some new characters。 。。。more

Could not put this book down。 From the first sentence to the final line， this book was so good。 Reggie and her sister Dena， both strong women making their way in this crazy world where love just seems to evade them。 Our girls are together with family in the tiny town of Wishing Tree where Christmas prevail in all things。 How crazy that snowmen decorations can’t be displayed until the first snowfall and that snowfall has a very distinctive definition。This was such a good read from Reggie and Dena Could not put this book down。 From the first sentence to the final line， this book was so good。 Reggie and her sister Dena， both strong women making their way in this crazy world where love just seems to evade them。 Our girls are together with family in the tiny town of Wishing Tree where Christmas prevail in all things。 How crazy that snowmen decorations can’t be displayed until the first snowfall and that snowfall has a very distinctive definition。This was such a good read from Reggie and Dena to the men who enter their lives the story flows so smoothly you will be captured from the beginning。 And let’s not forget Miss Belle and her rather extensive wardrobe。Friends， don’t let this book get away from you！ 。。。more

I have read all of Susan Mallery’s books and I was very excited for a new town to get to know and more beautifully crafted characters to meet。 This book did not disappoint。 The story was great and the characters were relatable。 Belle the dog was so much fun。 A great story about love and friendship during the holidays for two sisters。 I cannot wait for more Wishing Tree。 I couldn’t put the book down。

This author writes quirky small towns so great， that I always wish that I could move there when I read them。 I really enjoyed reading about Dena and Reggie and how both of them found love when not looking。 Each of them had very different journeys， but felt so real and right。 It was great to see how things ended for both and to know they each are now facing very happy holidays with their new love in their lives。
